Tickets for the Newcomers/Longtimers Fourteenth Annual Home Tour, scheduled for Saturday, May 17 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., will soon be available. This year six distinctive homes in Porto Cima will be featured. Tickets may be purchased for $20 in advance at one of many ticket outlets or for $25 at Tour Headquarters, Village Station 2599 State Road MM, Sunrise Beach, on the day of the tour. A ticket is required for children over age 2. Turn in your ticket stub on tour day to place your name in a door prize drawing.

Advance tickets will be available at one of the following locations: Bella Donna, Central Bank, Donna's Hallmark, Essentials Salon Spa, First National Bank, Flamingo's, Glitz and Glamour, Karon's Korner, Lake Regional Health System, Love Realty, Saffee's, Stonecrest Book and Toy, Studio 54, The Little Shop of Hers, and Village Station.

Over the years, this popular annual event has raised more than $125,000 for local charities. Proceeds of this year's Home Tour will benefit charities selected by President Sharon Spencer. They are: Lake Regional Health System's Obstetrics Unit, Dream Factory, Dogwood Animal Shelter, Wonderland Camp and the Newcomers/Longtimers Scholarship Fund.
