Newcomers/Longtimers President, Sharon Spencer, is hosting the 1st Annual President's Premier on Friday, May 16th, 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.  This private showing of the Lee and Tracy Allen home precedes the Newcomers/Longtimers Home Tour the following day.

Highlights of the cocktail party are a panoramic view of the Main Channel, hors d'oeuvres and valet parking by the Lake Ozark Marine Corps League.  Special musical guest Carole Butler will perform and weather permitting, there will be a poolside performance by a jazz band.  There will also be a silent auction of custom artwork by local artist Bill Manion.  Event participants will receive a ticket for admission to the Home Tour on Saturday along with their tour book and admission bracelet.

Proceeds benefit the Newcomers/Longtimers Scholarship Fund, Lake Regional Health Systems Obstetric Unit, Dream Factory, Dogwood Animal Shelter and Wonderland Camp. Ticket price is $100 per person.  Reservations are required with limited availability.  Please call Lynda Hartwick 573-365-9985 or Carole Olivarri 573-348-4482 for reservations.
