ABOUT THE HOME TOUR: The Newcomers/Longtimers Annual Home Tour, now in its fourteenth year, has become one of the most popular fundraisers held in the Lake of the Ozarks area and has raised more than $122,000 for local charities, organizations and scholarships.

"Seed Money" to defray some up-front expenses (printing, booties, wrist bands, etc.) is provided by generous donations of N/L members to our "Platinum Circle".

This "all volunteer" effort is coordinated by a N/L Home Tour Committee of 25 members. It requires 250-300 N/L members, their spouses, family and friends to cover three 2-hour shifts inside the homes and to provide traffic control.

WHAT IS IT? It is a benefit tour of privately owned homes in the Porto Cima area of Lake of the Ozarks that are not only beautiful, but also offer a variety of unique qualities and decor .

These full and part-time residents generously entrust their homes to our volunteers and allow hundreds of people to tour them.

All proceeds benefit local charities, educational scholarships and organizations selected by the current President of the Newcomers/Longtimers Club.

WHO ATTENDS? People, who love to tour beautiful, unique homes, attend from all over Missouri and surrounding states. Ticket sales have exceeded 800 some years.
